**THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. THIS SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED - MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO RESPONDED**

The Cochrane Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) group are starting work on a set of systematic reviews* which will cover three balance disorders:

  • Menières disease/syndrome
  • Vestibular migraine
  • Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)

We are seeking input from people with some experience of these conditions – including patients, their family members, carers, or other people with an interest in these disorders, to help us determine how to develop the reviews.

We have a short survey (approximately 10-15 minutes in total) to help us to identify:

Which outcomes are important - what things should be measured to assess whether a condition is improving with treatment?

What interventions are important - which treatments or other therapy/activities (such as lifestyle changes) should be considered in the reviews?

Go to the Cochrane ENT Balance Disorders Survey here. The survey will remain open until Tuesday 15 June 2021.

* Cochrane is a global organisation which works to produce evidence about all aspects of healthcare, to help people make decisions about treating or managing their health problem. We do this by summarising all the relevant research that has been produced for a certain condition into a document called a “systematic review”. See https://www.cochrane.org/about-us for more information.

We are very grateful for your participation, which will help us to plan the reviews and ensure that they cover the topics and outcomes of most importance.
