Blue Monday
We’re encouraging everyone to wear blue on Monday 16 September. We ask that participants attend work/school wearing blue clothes (with permission of course!) and that each participant kindly donates £1 to the Society. We’d love to see pictures containing a sea of blue to raise further awareness through social media and the press. If you know a business or school who may consider supporting this particular awareness event, please get in touch. Read more...

Lady Sarah Collections
This lovely lady has created a blue scrunchie for Balance Awareness Week 2019. They will be selling all through September and £1 from each scrunchie sold will be donated to the Meniere's Society; you could even buy it as an early stocking filler! Visit Lady Sarah Collections on Etsy to purchase your scrunchie. Thank you so much Lady Sarah for supporting us.

Blue Monday Alternative!
Want to get involved with Balance Awareness Week but haven't got time to organise an event like Blue Monday? Why not bake (or buy!) some cakes and decorate with blue toppings instead. Take them into work and share with your colleagues. Give them one of our info cards at the same time to help raise awareness. If you have generous colleagues, why not pop one of our cardboard collection boxes next to the cakes for people to give a donation for the Society.

Tell-It Tuesday
Spread the word about Balance Awareness Week 2019 and the work of the Ménière’s Society. We’re encouraging everyone to tell a friend, colleague, or even the person you always see at the bus stop! Share with them why you’re supporting BAW and ask them to pass it to someone else on to raise even more awareness. If you’re on social media tweet/post about it! Use our #BalanceAware Selfie Sign and the hashtags #BalanceAware #MenieresSociety #DefeatDizziness
